What is your Return & Exchange Policy??

If your orders have any quality problem or damaged in shipping within 14 days of receipt, you can send it back to us for exchange or full refund (less shipping fees )
We accept exchange or refund only if the items have quality problem or damaged in shipping. You can exchange for the same item but not other sizes or other products. If we can’t exchange the same item to you, then you will receive a full refund.
All products purchased from Shooting Five Online Store can only be returned or exchanged in brand new condition, unused condition with the original tags, original package and all applicable accessories.We cannot take back any worn, washed or used products. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued.
To exchange an item, please call or e-mail us first, so we can set up the exchange and verify the availability of your new item.With all exchanges you will be charged for the cost to reship the item to you. A new receipt is provided for all exchanges. Exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt.
Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked.For example, if you are sending it through the United States Postal Service, please request delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship to confirmed address only. If you need to ship to an alternative address, please leave messages below your orders or inform us to update your shipping information. If the post office cannot send the parcel to you and return to us due to your address is not correct or not completed, you need to pay the shipping charges again.
Normally the orders will take about 1 - 3 days in delivery for local and about 7-14 days for overseas, it may take about 3 days in delivery if you require to ship your orders by Speedpost.Additional shipping fees will be requested if more than one item. Make sure the phone number is correct in confirming the shipping address or the parcels may send back to us if the shipping company cannot find your address.
Normal order will be shipped out on the following business day (24 - 48 hours) after the payment cleared. We will provide you the tracking numbers by email. If you do not receive the tracking number in 4 days after you sent the payment, please email us at shootingfivestore@yahoo.com.hk or leave messages on our website. We will check your order’s status and get back to you within 12 hours.
If your order just out of stock or sold out and we cannot restock in 24 hours, we will inform you immediately to make changes or issue refund (refund will do in 24 - 48 hours excluding weekend or holidays ).
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address information, holidays, or carrier complications.*Occasional delay in processing time or cancellation of order may occur when an item purchased is on backorder or out of stock. Business Days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
As soon as we have sent out the orders, we will email you the tracking number. You can track them with the tracking number.
